Yoga and Meditation

I'm passionate about feeling good and taking time for ourselves. That said, life can also be busy. I wear a lot of different hats and taking a large chunk of time for myself isn't always an option. 

Thankfully, a little goes a long way.  

Flow and Go Yoga started as an inspiration to help myself, some paramedics and some emergency room nurses get on the mat. Crazy schedules, shift work and varying levels of ability meant that a set weekly time was never going to work. We booked 20 minutes a few times a week and not only did it help us ground and feel energized, it was a lot of fun to teach.

Scott

Yoga, Meditation and Heartbreath

In the spring of 2018, Scott completed his 200-hour yoga-teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institute in Todos Santos, Baja, Mexico, beginning a new adventure for him and his family.

After 12 wonderful years in Portland, Oregon, Scott and his family decided to pack the car and head south to the beautiful and familiar destination of Troncones, Mexico, where he became part of the wellness team at Present Moment, a beautiful beachfront yoga retreat. Scott likes to lead challenging Vinyasa flows as well as blissful Yin sessions.

Seline

Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama

Seline is a passionate yoga instructor who completed her teacher training in Rishikesh, India. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and draws a lot from her experiences as a student into her teaching. She focuses mainly on Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, but has been excited to share more pranayama (breathwork) and meditation practices online to those who especially need it. She teaches in Toronto and has previously taught as a Guest Instructor at a Yoga Teacher Training in Pokhara, Nepal.

When not practicing or teaching yoga, she works as a Emergency & Trauma nurse. With her Bachelors of Medical Sciences (BMSc) and Bachelors of Sciences in Nursing (BScN) degrees, she hope to combine her knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and disease with yoga to create more holistic healing experiences.
